Our experiences were all positive. Shortly after an offer was accepted, my aunt died, probate had to be obtained and it all took an inordinate amount of time. Throughout, Helen and Leah were in touch with the purchaser, keeping her informed and I am sure that it was due to their efforts that the purchaser stayed with us. The sale completed almost a year after the purchaser first viewed the property. So grateful thanks  - always available and always positive.

What can I say.... For a small local Independent Estate Agent. I could not recommend this company more. Both Helen and Leah went above and beyond to make my selling and buying process as smooth as they possibly could. Leah and co were absolutely amazing. I had my house listed with a larger chain for nearly 3 months and I had no offers, and very few views. Within 48 hours of listing the property, Leah had already secured offers on my house. Either this is some form of absolute wizardry, or as I suspect, they really are THAT GOOD!
