The Halford and Homes mini’s are taking on the challenge of 100 squats a day in September to raise money for JDRF Type 1 diabetes research that’s a total of 3000 squats!!! (Phew!)
Many of you know Helen’s daughter Isla was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes 2 years ago and the JDRF charity is therefore very close to our hearts.
Isla will be completing the challenge with her sister Amber, Eve and Albie (Leah’s mini’s)…..and yes Helen and Leah have also been roped into doing it!!!!
